50g fresh breadcrumbs
75ml full-fat milk
500g minced turkey
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
20g unsalted butter
Combine all the ingredients, except the butter, by hand in a bowl. Divide into 8 mini burgers or 4 regular-sized burgers. Let them stand for 15 minutes.
Heat the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat until it bubbles and starts to brown. Add the burgers and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side or until they are brown and crisp and the centres are cooked through.
Tip: Add grated carrot or finely chopped cooked spinach to include some hidden veg.

Form into smaller patties to make a delicious finger food for your baby. Serve with some steamed veggies and a healthy dip such as our Tomato sauce or Green Pea Hummus.
