Mini Veg Bites
Our tasty Mini Veg Bites are perfect if you’re trying to get more plant power into your little one’s diet. We’ve made them with 75% veg – including sweet potatoes, kale and onion with fibre-packed chickpeas – all mixed together with a hint of spice for a flavour twist. Serve with wholegrain rice and plenty of veg for a nutritious mini meal, or a little pot of natural yoghurt for a tasty on-the-go snack.

Chickpeas (35%), sweet potato (22%), onion (11%), kale (7%), gluten free flour (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, buckwheat), rapeseed oil, dried potato, cumin, coriander, parsley, garlic purée, bicarbonate of soda, concentrated lemon juice, white pepper.

Our mini veg bites are high in fibre, thanks to the blend of ingredients including the veggies and the chickpeas. Chickpeas are great for many reasons but we are a particular fan of fibre. Fibre supports a healthy gut as well as protecting us from conditions like heart disease and type 2 diabetes and helping us stay a healthy weight.
