Mild Chicken Tikka

Our Mild Chicken Tikka is the perfect way to introduce little foodies to the exciting world of spices. We've made this yummy curry with bite-size pieces of tender British chicken in a mildly-spiced tomato and coconut sauce, and served it with fluffy Basmati rice in a separate tray. Little ones will love having a go at mixing the rice into their curry, so it's just the way they like it. Serve with chopped mango and cucumber on the side for a delicious and nutritious toddler tea.

Our tikka sauce is packed full of tomatoes. Arguably one of the most versatile veggies out there (hmmm, well, actually a fruit!), tomatoes are used raw, cooked and as a base of many dishes in puree and sauce form. Tomatoes provide vitamin C to support immunity and vitamin A to support healthy vision as well as vitamin K which supports bone health.
