Hummus & carrot wraps recipe
This easy vegetarian recipe is perfect for a quick lunch or picnic addition. A favourite for all the family.
- 4 wholewheat or seeded tortillas
- 150g hummus (either store-bought or homemade)
- 2 carrots, grated
- 12 cucumber slices or a handful of fresh spinach leaves
Place the tortillas on the kitchen surface and spread the hummus over each one. Top each with the grated carrot and slices of cucumber and/or spinach.
Tightly roll the tortillas and cut in half to serve.
