Homemade tzatziki recipe
A fresh, healthy dip which is perfect for accompanying summer dishes, including Lamb burgers.
- 8 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- Half a cucumber, grated or finely diced, excess liquid squeezed out
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside to serve with your main dish, for example Lamb burgers or Homemade chorizo.
