Chocolate coconut sauce recipe
This delicious sauce is perfect with vanilla ice cream. A healthier recipe that is a hit with all the family.
- 8 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together in a jug until well combined and then pour into a lidded plastic container. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
When ready to serve, if the mixture is too thick, stir in a little hot water over a low heat in a saucepan.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
